My journey into business development started with a natural curiosity and a passion for connecting people and opportunities. Early on, I gravitated toward roles that blended strategy, relationships, and problem-solving. How has your previous experience prepared you for your role at Promidea? Before business development, I worked as a production manager, which taught me operational efficiency and cross-team collaboration. That experience gave me a solid understanding of business functions and helped me develop a strategic mindset. One of the most impactful trends shaping business strategies in recent years has been the rising demand for sustainability and eco-friendly products. With consumers and businesses placing greater emphasis on environmental responsibility, there has been a notable shift toward offering high-quality products that are sustainably sourced or made from recycled materials.
To align with this evolving market, I have prioritized building partnerships with suppliers that specialize in eco-conscious promotional products. This approach has allowed me to develop tailored solutions that not only meet the demand for sustainable offerings but also align seamlessly with my clients’ values. Additionally, I have integrated sustainability into marketing campaigns and sales strategies, emphasizing the environmental benefits of our products—a message that has particularly resonated with brands committed to sustainability.

I start by truly listening and understanding their goals. Transparency, reliability, and delivering on promises are key. Regular check-ins and honest conversations help build trust. With partners, I aim for win-win collaborations—supporting their growth strengthens the relationship long-term.

What innovative solutions have you proposed to address environmental concerns?
With increasing awareness around environmental sustainability, I’ve proactively proposed several solutions to my clients. One of the most impactful solutions has been introducing eco-friendly product lines, such as items made from recycled or biodegradable materials (custom branded reusable bottles from recycled ocean plastic, organic cotton / recycled cotton tote bags- which offer both functional value and an eco-conscious message). I’ve worked with clients to incorporate sustainability also in packaging. Instead of using plastic or non-recyclable materials, we’ve designed packaging that is either recyclable, compostable or made from post-consumer recycled content.

How do you collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals?
I involve all relevant departments early in the process—sales, operations, production—so everyone is aligned. I keep communication open and proactive, and yes, I occasionally sweeten the collaboration with chocolates 😊)))- and that’s for real! I believe in fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment where each team can contribute their expertise. By aligning everyone around common goals, ensuring transparency, and maintaining a sense of shared responsibility, we can collectively drive business development initiatives forward and achieve long-term success.
Can you share a current project you’re leading?
I am currently leading a nationwide project set to launch this summer. Overseeing discussions, coordinating teams, and managing suppliers, I ensure seamless execution. The project involves specialized production items from China and locally produced POSM solutions, requiring constant innovation to meet client needs. Every day presents new challenges, but with adaptability and problem-solving at the forefront, we are making great strides. I’m driven by results and the challenge of solving problems. Every client needs a chance to create something meaningful.To maintain my drive, I continuously set both short-term and long-term goals that push me to stay ahead of industry trends and improve my skills. I keep my focus on the bigger picture: how can I provide value both to my clients and my company. Staying adaptable and embracing innovation is the key! Making a difference—both for our clients and our team—is what keeps me going.
How do you balance your role with personal well-being?
I make time for what recharges me: family, fresh air, and sometimes a workout. 😊 That balance helps me stay focused and energized in a fast-paced industry.
